To begin, I would need to hire trustworthy individuals who are experienced in welding and are willing to follow through with tasks. These individuals will be self-motivated and capable of overcoming complications that may arise. Those who show that they are passionate about their work and have the ability to be in the welding industry will be offered partnership so that we may expand together. I would like those who are working with me to know that they will have job security by offering benefits such as, health in surance, Christmas bonuses, and annual picnics to show my appreciation for all their hard work and effort. With this in mind I will end this and start now.
